My name is Betty and I want to let everyone out there know just how
delicious The Great Gourmet's clam strips are. I seldom fry anything anymore so
I heat mine in the oven and they are just wonderful. They are crispy yet tender
every time. I haven't had a chewy one yet. The single serving size bags are nice
as well because they are pre-measured. I used to buy this product at a
wholesale warehouse and was so upset when they quit carrying the product. I
emailed the vendor and was so delighted to have her email me back with her
website and access to this great product. I ordered my first batch and they
arrived cold the next day ready for the freezer. It was a most convienent way to
buy them. I have also had the opportunity to try the Calamari, the Buffalo Clams
and the County Crispy Super Surfers. All are excellent choices for taste as well
as quality. I highly recommend all of them.

I want to thank you so much for your service. My father is absolutely
ecstatic about the crabs. He said he opened the lid and replaced it because he
couldn't believe his eyes. I was laughing so hard at his pure unadulterated joy
over the gift.
